UCSF - Institute For Health and Aging
The Institute for Health and Aging (IHA) at the University of California, San Francisco acts as the coordinating site for the ten centers. It provides a comprehensive evaluation of the CADCs, conducts joint site visits with the California Department of Public Health, and coordinates and conducts an annual planning conference.
