"My heart is filled with gratitude for you and the rest of the UC San Diego CADC team! As you may recall both my parents and I participated in your program. I sincerely feel because of the UC San Diego CADC they were able to have a quality of life at home!
I feel blessed to have been my Mom’s primary caregiver and case manager. She passed away peacefully in my Dad’s loving arms 8/23/08 at home.
My Dad continues to reside in their home. He was placed on hospice care the same time as my Mom 7/29/08.
Thank you for your help in guiding me to have the courage, patience, strength and wisdom I needed to be there for my parents."
