Each tip sheet includes actionable tips and suggestions for older adults on how to engage or re-engage safely in the community. The Impact of COVID-19: Multiethnic Older Adults and the Community-Based Organizations Serving Them, Policy Implications
A policy brief that describes how the COVID-19 pandemic and need to shelter-in-place magnified existing inequities for older adults in the community and how Community-Based Organizations have stepped up to help during this crisis. The report proposes policy recommendations to overcome the digital divide, increase food security, decrease social isolation and address mental health needs, and promote disaster preparedness and community partnerships.
